John Prevas

Mediation is a consensual process designed to resolve differences between parties in a non-adversarial setting, avoiding costly litigation and an uncertain judicial outcome.  Prevas is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator in family, foreclosure and civil matters and is currently serving as a court-appointed mediator for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. He is certified in all judicial circuits of the state and in the federal bankruptcy court serving central Florida.
